GOUKI
A youkai who had 12 criminal cases in Reikai. He stole the Sphere of Hunger, which was one of Reikai's sacred artifacts. He eats the souls of humans especially children. He used the sphere to get the soul from the child's body. He was the first youkai whom Yusuke confronted. Gouki's body was as strong as steel, that's why he had a difficult time in defeating him. Yusuke managed to defeat him in their second match by firing the rei gun ( with the help of a ring that Botan gave him, this ring had the ability to increase the power of his rei gun) in his mouth since his mouth was not as strong as steel.
RANDOU
A powerful youkai whom Yusuke must defeat in Genkai's tournament. He disguised himself as an innocent looking (bald ^_^) human named Shourin, so he could not be recognized. He was defeated by Yusuke by luck in the end; some dirt got inside Yusuke's ear while Randou cursed him. The curse was directed back to Randou and he was defeated.
GENBU
A rock creature who is a member of the Shiseijuu. He can dismantle himself and attack his body parts towards his opponent. He was defeated by Kurama by stealing the glowing rock which was his source of power. Kurama destroyed it using his rose whip and Genbu was eliminated as well.
BYAKO
A member of the Shiseijuu in a form of a giant tiger. Its color is blue with stripes, is gigantic and has great strength. He was defeated by Kuwabara, with great difficulty, but he was killed by his own team mate, Seiryuu.
SEIRYUU
A member of the Shiseijuu. He has a form of human but his skin color is blue as well as his clothes. He uses ice as his power. He was defeated by Hiei easily by slashing him 16 times with his sword only in a split second.
MURIGU
Suzaku's talking bird
SUZAKU
The leader of the Shiseijuu. He controls electricity. He uses lighting as a source of his power. With this, he can form a bow and arrow. He can also multiply himself into seven. He posseses a magic whistle that controls the minds of people. These people tries to kill Keiko. He was defeated by Yusuke in a hard fought battle.
TARUKANE, GONZOU
The wealthy and evil merchant who kidnapped Yukina and tortured her to have her tears which turns into a priceless gem. The Toguro brothers were also under his control at that time, but they were secretely working for Sakyo. After Yusuke and Kuwabara killed his three guardians and 'defeated' the Toguro brothers (they were just playing dead) Tarakune was beaten VERY badly by Hiei and surrendered to the authorities.
MIYUKI
One of the guardians of Tarukane. This youkai is actually male and is considered gay. The TV series may not have shown this, but while Yusuke is fighting him, he touch this youkai's private part to make sure it's a he.
GOKUMONKI
Also one of the guardians of Tarukane. He has the size of a giant and uses a large bat with thorns as his weapon. He was instantly defeated by Yusuke and Kuwabara by kicking him.
INMAKI
One of the guardians of Tarukane. He wears black clothing and uses claws as his weapon. He can disappear in mid air and attacks at the same time. Yusuke instantly defeated him by using his multiple rei ki punches with Kuwabara's signal.
